Contributing to the Dream of Entrepreneurship!
Young Entrepreneurs
The Young Entrepreneurs project is a partnership between us and SEBRAE-MG, with the aim of tackling the problem of school dropout and belonging. We are deeply engaged inimproving the socio-emotional and entrepreneurial skills of young people aged between 14 and 21.
We recognize that education goes beyond books and classrooms; it’s also about preparing them for real-world challenges.
Our students are exploring the world of work, learning about the market, and cultivating the confidence necessary to build their own paths.
(Re)gain
Promoting entrepreneurship and seeking to generate income and jobs with a focus on confectionery, we are offering the "Basic Training in Cooking" course for up to 25 people. This course is 100% FREE and awards a certificate upon completion.
It was carried out in partnership with Banco da Providência, Stone and Instituto Phi.
Our program is divided into three fundamental phases:

Personal Development: At this stage, we focus on identifying and enhancing the individual skills of each participant, preparing them for the world of work.

Professional Technical Training in Cooking: We offer specialized training in cooking.

Support and monitoring in income generation.

Young Dreamers
The Young Dreamers Program is our 4-month program that transforms the lives of young people from rural areas, peripheries and with fewer opportunities through incubation, specialized mentoring, inspirational visits, and entrepreneurship to support young people's right to dream and the realization of their dreams and projects.
Our program is divided into three fundamental phases:

Community Building: At this stage, we focus on identifying and leveraging each participant's individual skills and projects.

Inspiration and Action: Training in social entrepreneurship, marketing, and project implementation

Support and Coaching
