Young Entrepreneurs

The Young Entrepreneurs project is a partnership between us and SEBRAE-MG, with the aim of tackling the problem of school dropout and belonging. We are deeply engaged inimproving the socio-emotional and entrepreneurial skills of young people aged between 14 and 21.
We recognize that education goes beyond books and classrooms; it’s also about preparing them for real-world challenges.
Our students are exploring the world of work, learning about the market, and cultivating the confidence necessary to build their own paths.

Fortalecendo a produção nacional de lúpulo, buscamos reduzir a dependência de importações e garantir insumos frescos e de alta qualidade para as cervejarias brasileiras. A região oferece condições ideais para o cultivo, podendo elevar a qualidade e diversidade das cervejas produzidas no país.
Além dos benefícios econômicos, o projeto visa desenvolvimento social e ambiental, gerando empregos locais, fortalecer a identidade regional e incentivar práticas agrícolas sustentáveis. A consolidação da Mantiqueira como região produtora de lúpulo de excelência pode impulsionar o turismo rural e contribuir para a preservação ambiental.

Promoting entrepreneurship and seeking to generate income and jobs with a focus on confectionery, we are offering the "Basic Training in Cooking" course for up to 25 people. This course is 100% FREE and awards a certificate upon completion.
It was carried out in partnership with Banco da Providência, Stone and Instituto Phi.
Our program is divided into three fundamental phases:

Personal Development: At this stage, we focus on identifying and enhancing the individual skills of each participant, preparing them for the world of work.

Professional Technical Training in Cooking: We offer specialized training in cooking.

Support and monitoring in income generation.
